Become a Practice Manager
Do you want to become a practice manager or are you already one and want to improve the processes even further? Then you've come to the right place.
Your Day in the Practice
Practice management that is enjoyable and effective
Do you sometimes feel that your daily life consists more of conflict management than practice management? Are there occasional hiccups in the team, and is it really not that easy to balance the increasing expectations of patients and their owners with everyday life?
That is exactly what we want to change. With her many years of experience as a practice manager, Kathrin Siemer is by your side and supports you in strengthening the practice structurally and organizationally. This includes issues surrounding personnel management, process optimization, business management questions, and pharmacy management. We take a close look at what you and your practice need to master everyday practice life in a motivated and organized way.

"The content is easy to understand and well-structured, making it particularly well-suited for beginners in practice management."
The combination of practical theory sessions, flexible scheduling, and personal interaction with experts and like-minded individuals makes this training particularly valuable to me.

Female presenter
Kathrin Siemer
Kathrin Siemer did not study practice management and then explained – she did it herself for years. As a trained animal manager (studied in the Netherlands), she gained over 20 years of experience in veterinary practice, most recently as a practice manager at a large equine clinic. Today, she independently advises practices of all sizes and specializations and regularly conducts continuing education courses. Through her commitment to TPM and Vethilfe, she is closely networked in the veterinary industry. Participants regularly describe her continuing education courses as engaging, practical, and directly applicable.
