Patients with diabetes regularly present us in the clinic with complex decisions – from reliably differentiating stable courses to the management of diabetic ketoacidosis. In this webinar, Dr. Laura Gabriel, specialist veterinarian in internal medicine for small animals (Stuttgart Animal Clinic), will guide you systematically through the pathophysiology, current treatment options, and practical decision-making in everyday practice.
You will learn how to safely treat their patients with and without insulin, which new therapeutics are useful, and how to adapt their treatment plans to individual needs and co-morbidities. In addition, there are clear guidelines for effective monitoring – so that you can respond successfully and safely support your patients.
